Ticket Sales Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations for any tickets purchased. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase.

Event Changes and Cancellations

In the unlikely event that an event is canceled or rescheduled, we will inform you via email and provide instructions regarding your options. If a refund is issued due to cancellation, it will be processed automatically to the original payment method.

Damages and Issues

If you believe there is an error with your order or you have received a ticket that is defective, please contact us immediately at hello@totsntaleslab.ca so we can evaluate the situation and assist you.

Exceptions

No exceptions will be made for ticket sales, including but not limited to:

  • Misplaced tickets
  • Inability to attend for personal reasons
  • Inclement weather unless the event is officially canceled
